Ok, these things are a Mau family favorite, I’ve been making them since I was a kid. They could not be easier and they are SO delicious.
- 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, beat the cake mix, oatmeal, butter and egg. Stir in the chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove to wire racks to cool.
I usually underbake these so they’re gooey and soft. See? Easy and delish. Bleh, that sounded Rachel Ray-ish. How about fucking easy and really fucking tasty! That’s better.
