Alright, kids, I’m holding a contest. About time, right? I’m pressing a second round of Bake & Destroy shirts in August (so if I’m currently out of your size, never fear…and they won’t be on American Apparel this time, I’m opting for another super-soft t-shirt, but less fitted this time around.) To celebrate, I’d like to also press a new button design. As anyone who has ordered a shirt from me can tell you, each one comes with a B&D button and sticker. Right now, it’s all the B&D skate logo but I want a fun new button and although I make cute cakes sometimes, I have no idea what to do for a 1″ button design.
Ok, so here’s the deal: the reader who comes up with the winning design will win a t-shirt in the size of her/his choice, shipped free to anywhere in the world, stickers and buttons of both designs. You all have total access to all of my Flickr photos should you want to use them, change them, whatever. All I ask is that it translate well to 1″ form, so no tiny details that will be lost, and if you can, find a way to squeeze the blog name (Bake & Destroy, duh,) on there. Please send your files in Photoshop-compatible form to cisforcupcake@gmail.com You can send them large, I’ll shrink them if I need to. The winner will be contacted via e-mail.
Fine print stuff: I won’t use any one’s designs without permission, the winner will be paid in prizes only, I will only do one 100-button pressing of the winning design and will not press more with out the expressed permission of the designer, buttons will not be sold, only given away with shirt orders, and if I don’t like anyone’s designs, no one will win. Please don’t rip off any one else’s artwork (by which I mean don’t take photos from anyone but me and don’t steal tattoo flash or other art from anywhere) and good luck!
