This is off topic, but I have a question...
Thanks to the local news this morning, I discovered a cupcake bakery near my work, www.ourcupcakery.com. The baker there invented a metal grid that you put in a cake pan so you can create a cupcake sheet cake.  When baked in the grid, these cupcakes are all connected, and there is a flat surface, so it looks like a sheet cake from the top with cupcake bottoms. You can check out a picture of this contraption on her website. My question is this: How the hell do you pour all the batter in the cupcake liners and not get a mess everywhere? I guess you&#039;d have to see the picture to understand...or maybe I&#039;m just retarded. Your expertise and knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Regardless, I&#039;m going to check her out next Friday.</description>
