    Here's another Teno creation I think you might like. We made these out of a bunch of stuff we had in the house one Saturday morning and ate the whole dozen hot out of the pan. It's the same maple, oat and walnut combo you'll find in your favorite morning oatmeal, but unlike oatmeal, you can eat this with one hand while you run around your house getting ready for work in the morning.



    1. Preheat your over to 400 degrees and grease the bottoms of one muffin pan. In a large bowl, combine the oats with the milk and let stand 5 minutes. Add syrup, oil and the mashed banana, blend well. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and walnuts; stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill cups 2/3 full and bake 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from pans and serve warm.
